Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dr. Vishal Sachdeva’s website, we strive to ensure that our courses and services meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Course Registration and Payment

  • Payment for all courses or services must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
  • By registering for a course, you agree to the stated fees and terms of service.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing via email at least 7 days before the course or service start date to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course or service start date.
  • Cancellation by Dr. Vishal Sachdeva:
    • In the event that a course or service is canceled by Dr. Vishal Sachdeva due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses in case of insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other reasons. Participants will be informed as early as possible, and alternate arrangements will be made if applicable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund:

    • A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start date of the course or if the course is canceled by Dr. Vishal Sachdeva.

  • Partial Refund:

    • A 50% refund will be provided for cancellation requests received between 6 and 2 days before the course start date.

  • No Refund:

    • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date or for participants who fail to attend the course without prior notice.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval of the cancellation request. Payments will be refunded using the original payment method.

4. Transfer of Registration

  • Participants may transfer their registration to another person, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the course start date. Transfers must be approved by the course organizer.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services or digital products may be designated as non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
